Returns Policy
We do not accept returns of our Anti Rat Pro™ product as we cannot guarantee that returned packages will meet postal requirements for safety.

Accidents do happen during shipping sometimes.

That said, if you can take a photo of the product and packaging showing how it was damaged and send it to us at protectit@antiratpro.com along with your order number we will be happy to send you out a new order for replacement.

You will NOT be charged any additional shipping cost for replacement.

Simply dispose of the original product shipment by dumping it down a drain and either dispose or recycle the plastic bottle and sprayer as you normally would when done.

PLEASE do NOT reuse the plastic spray bottle and sprayer for any other purpose.

Because of the safety issues of handling our Anti Rat Pro™ product, we take extra steps to ensure the packaging used for shipping provides the best protection for the product and the people that handle it. We use the most efficient shipping service possible and shipping methods may change depending on where and how much product is shipped at a time.

We also include tracking on all packages when they leave our warehouse.
